Designed by Breton designer Jacky, the 9cm 1902 paring knife is a nod to French bistronomy. This slicing knife is precise, allowing you to easily cut small foods. With a floral handle, this kitchen knife strikes the perfect balance between design and authenticity.
Available with a red or white handle, it is very easy to handle.
Presented in a cardboard box, it's ideal for gifting or treating yourself.
The full-tang blade, made of high-grade X50CrMoV15 steel (0.50% carbon, 15% chromium, 1% molybdenum, and 1% vanadium), guarantees an excellent edge, long-lasting performance, and is easily resharpened. 100% French-made in our workshops in Thiers.
