Inspired by my Grandbetty’s love of sharing food with friends and family, Parmesan & Herb Piedmont Pennies are a sophisticated, Italian twist on the original cheese straw recipe that started Piedmont Pennies in 2020.

We bake each small batch with real Sharp White Cheddar and Parmesan cheese and fragrant garden herbs for a crispy, aromatic cracker that elevates any snack spread.
